The video that our pod decided to use in our learning resource is a short video from YouTube.
What kind of interaction would the video require from your students? Does it force them to respond in some way (inherent)? The video does not force the students to respond.
In what way are they likely to respond to the video on their own, e.g. make notes, do an activity, think about the topic (learner-generated)?
If the students decide to follow the steps from the video and try to find the tools and features of the Scratch by themselves thatt would be some kind of respond.
What activity could you suggest that they do, after they have watched the video (designed)? What type of knowledge or skill would that activity help develop? What medium or technology would students use to do the activity?
The activity that we suggested is that the student follow the steps of the video while watching it. They can stop the video and try to do that step by themselves to have a hand on experience with the tool and not just watch.
How would students get feedback on the activity that you set? What medium or technology would they and/or you use for getting and giving feedback on their activity?
The activity is being done by the Scratch website. Students will have a true experience with the tool and then they can ask their questions from the instructor after finishing the activity.
